Through our innovative model, we aim to equip every student with the skills, confidence, and direction they need to thrive in their chosen careers.

About Us
WERC is your comprehensive guide to bridge the gap between academic learning and career success. We understand that today’s students need more than just traditional education to thrive in the modern workforce. That’s why we’ve developed a unique hybrid model that combines the best of both worlds.
Through our nonprofit foundation, we provide students free access to mentorship, stipends, coaching, and training. Simultaneously, our for-profit entity provides digital platforms and curriculum tools that support our mission and enhance student preparation and learning experience.
Our approach is based on a three-part plan: Explore, Experience, and Excel. We guide students to explore various careers through mentorship, assessments, and workshops. We provide them with real-world job experience via internships and apprenticeships. Finally, we help them excel by earning digital badges, building a portfolio, and mastering both soft and technical skills.
We are committed to equipping students with the tools, training, and experiences they need to succeed in their chosen careers.
In partnerships with schools, businesses, and nonprofits, we offer a model that aligns with equipping students with the tools, training, and experiences they need to discover, learn and succeed in their chosen careers.
